How much is the deposit?

The cost of the deposit depends on the duration and the value of the tools or equipment rented.

How does the weekend rate work? What equipment/tools are eligible for this flat rate?

The weekend rate is applicable on tool rental only, from Friday 3:00 p.m. to Monday morning 9:00 a.m.

If I rent equipment for the weekend but only return it on Monday after 9:00AM, am i charged the weekend +1 day rate? What rates should I pay?

It will all depend on what time you return the tool. The system grants a grace period of up to 1 hour after. After this period, the charge is normally 3 days.

Are the prices displayed on the website the same as the price in stores?

For the sake of transparency towards our customers, our online prices are identical to those in store. We like it simple!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to modify your order to add or remove an item. The deposit amount may need to be adjusted.

How do your tools work?

During the pick-up or delivery our employees will give you general explanations on the use of the product and equipment.
For a tool / equipment with a tank of less than 5L, gasoline is included.
For a tool / equipment with a tank of more than 5L, gasoline is your responsibility.
In case of failure you will be billed according to our applicable rates, subject to variation.
For some tools, our oils and gasoline must be used. Also, these products are accompanied by a 5L container, billed per consumption.

How do I know what I need for a heater?

On our website you can find our BTU calculator. Complete it and you will have your BTU requirement. Next, you will have to choose between propane, oil or electric heater models. You can also use our product filters for this purpose.

Do you have the consumables useful for the tools that I can rent?

Yes we have the necessary products for the tools we rent such as carpet shampoo, sandpaper, nails etc ... Do not hesitate to ask your advisor for advice!

Do you have the protective equipment for the use of a chain saw?

We sell gloves and goggles for your protection. We do not sell pants, jackets or similar protective equipment.

Is there a limit on hours, per rental period, on tools that have an hour counter?

For tools, even those with an hour meter, there is no surcharge. The price is for the period of time rented.

Do you do the installation if I rent a construction fence?

Unfortunately no, we can deliver but we do not install the fences

Unfortunately no, we can deliver but we do not install the scaffolding products.

Are rental prices for trailers the same during the moving period?

No, rental prices for moving products may vary during busy periods.

What are the rental durations?

For the purposes of this contract, rental periods are defined as follows:

  • 1 day means 24 hours
  • 1 week means 7 days
  • 1 month means 28 days

The allowable usage durations of the rented equipment are:

  • 1 day equals 8 hours of operation
  • 1 week equals 40 hours of operation
  • 1 month equals 160 hours of operation

The Tenant agrees to inform the Lessor of any excess of the allowable usage duration of the rented equipment, which will be billed.
